Hiro Unlimited One Shot is a series that focuses on individuals or team-ups of various characters from the Hiro Unlimited Universe. Issue #1 finds Basel of The Bovine League called into a lab to  use his unique abilities as a cybernetic construct to establish relations with a newly birthed mech/organic life-form that subsides off of Lysergic acid diethylamide. Unfortunately, the mad being Night Raven is after the sacred liquid too.
